The functionality in the module for Observation & Improvement is based on standard Basic Loss/ Causation Model and includes pre-configured HSE reports like Loss/Accident, Near Accident, Non conformity and Suggestions for improvements and follow-up actions. All reports are processed in a pre-set workflow based on report type and vessel type.
