Docmap^® Observation and Improvement is a tool for reporting non-conformities, suggestion for improvement and so on. For making reporting fast and easy for the observer, a simple e-form can be used. This is a regular .pdf form that can be set up according to the needs of the customer. Filling out the form and submitting creates an observation in Docmap^® and this observation will then be handled in a pre-defined workflow. Filling out the form takes only a few minutes and requires little computer knowledge.

Docmap^® is also well suited to handle handbooks of various sorts. By adding dynamic search features to existing index navigation, finding the correct information in a handbook is easy and simple.
